About Me
Multi-Instrumentalist, Sound Designer, Game Developer, Writer, Pixel Artist, wannabe Pro Wrestler.
Through more than a decade of working in software, 10 albums as Dixon Hill, a slew of odd-jobs, and maybe a few too many blows to the head, I’ve been applying my core talents to pursue my life’s passion…Shredding guitar and making video games about Cheese.
I spend a lot of time in my home studio with my cat, Swamp Thing, playing around with sounds, music, and art. We’re always searching for that illusive creative spark, along with food and comfortable places to sleep.
Things I do
Game Development
I made Cheese Warrior entirely from scratch so players could live out the all too common power fantasy of being a bloodthirsty wedge of cheese killing rats to protect his King. All art, programming, music, voices, and fart sounds provided by yours truly.
Music Production
As a freelance producer for Fatbeats Records, I’ve released 10 albums as Dixon Hill, collaborating with artists ranging from Hip Hop Legends Kool G Rap and Guilty Simpson to nerdcore mainstays like Noveliss. As a composer, I bring expertise in ambient, heavy metal, 8-bit chiptune, jazz and more.
Visual Art and Film
From Pixel Art and Character Sprites, to Album Covers, Tour Merch, and Music Videos. I know how to capture the heart and spirit of any project with the visuals I produce. I’d love to learn more about the goals for your project and how we can represent it with striking and impactful media.
